The New England Patriots break their seven game winning streak and lose their No.1 spot in the AFC playoffs after a 27-17 loss to the Colts on Ssaturday.

Carson Wentz did not have a good game, completing only five out 12 of his passes. Jonathan Taylor stole the show on the field, rushing 170 yards. Taylor’s 67-yard break-away touchdown run shut the door on the Patriots fourth-quarter comeback.

Mac Jones attempted 45 passes and completed 26 for 299 yards. Tight end Hunter Henry caught six of Jones’s passes for 77-yards and scored two touchdowns. Altogether the Patriots only had 81 yards.

Darius Leonad intercepted one of Jones passes and forced a fumble. The Colts defense totaled two interceptions and forced three turnovers.

Running back Damien Harris was out after obtaining a hamstring injury during the Buffalo Bills game. He has been the starting rusher getting one touchdown in the last eight games.

The Colts have six players out including C Ryan Kelly, WR Mike Strachan, RB Marlon Mack, LB Malik Jefferson, DE Ben Banogu, and T Julién Davenport.

According to ESPN, Taylor states, ““I think it just says we’re a team that’s going to come in and play 60 minutes, four quarters of hard football and we’re not going to give up till the clock hits zero,” Taylor said after logging 29 carries. “It was just all out effort.”
