Minus Daniel Jones, the 4-7 New York Giants will try to crush the 5-7 Miami Dolphins four game winning streak on Sunday at Hardrock Stadium.
With QBI, Daniel Jones questionable for this Sunday’s game, the veteran, Mike Glennon will fill the void. The Giants hope to continue their 3 game winning streak while facing the Miami Dolphins for Week 13. Although Jones is out, the Giants offense has gained powerhouses such as Sterling Shepard and Kadarius Toney as wide receivers and Kyle Rudolph and Kaden Smith as tight ends. The Dolphins are averaging 19.5 points per game while the Giants average 18.4.
The Giants receivers will be tested as the Dolphins have a heavy man coverage defense. Sterling Shepard will be the first look for Glennon. Shepard sits as the Giants top target with a 45% completion rate.
The last time the Miami Dolphins had beaten the New York Giants was in 1972, at Yankee Stadium. After that win, the Giants improved to 13-0 on the season.
The NYG Defensive Coordinator, Logan Ryan is back as the defensive coordinator after battling a weeks long quarantine suffering from Covid-19.
Ryan said, “I know this team, I like this game. We need it. It’s going to be a good challenge out there in the heat,” after commenting on the impact of this game.
Last week, the Giants beat their division rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles at Metlife Stadium, 13-7 and have their heads up high as they face the Dolphins this Sunday.
Both the Giants and the Dolphins have similar records as they face each other at Hardrock Stadium.
