PATRIOTS V. BILLS: WINNER WILL CLINCH THE HEAD SPOT FOR AFC EAST

Patriots look to extend their winning streak against the Bills in a primetime Monday night football matchup.
The Patriots are coming off a six game win streak and plan on making it seven against their division rivals the Bills. Both teams are fighting to be number one in the AFC east. The Bills are coming off a dominant win against the saints the week before and plan on becoming the number one team in the AFC. Coaches Belicheck and Mcdermontt are two of the top coaches in the AFC, with Mcdermontt wanting to dethrone Belichick.
The Patriots v. Bills rivalry has been very one sided with the Patriots being 35-7 and the Bills finally winning the AFC east in 2020 the Patriots years of dominance. Throughout the 2021 season the Patriots and Bills both have had rocky starts but now the Patriots are first in the AFC east and the Bills are second with the Patriots taking back their throne and looking to become first in all of the AFC. The Bills look to try and repeat back to back AFC title appearances but are struggling against teams with winning records. The Patriots as of week 13 are the team to beat and the Bills look to upset them at home
The Patriots coming into this game have arguably the best defense in the NFL and have outscored their opponents 150-50 in their last six games. The Bills defensively have been improving more and more against the run but have been struggling during close games against good teams. Josh Allen has been inconsistent but is the key factor if the Bills want to win this game due to his great ability to run the ball and to control ball movement with his strong arm.
